Scene Problem Solved

Re: Seed-I think I solved the problem of bumping off Douglas.

The entire scene at the pre-conference mixer is important because it sets in motion a number of plot devices.

Nash needs to find the missing piece of the Hopi Tablet that is part of the clues that was left to him by his father. The Hopi shaman told Nash that the alleged Pahana had stolen the Hopi Tablets and claimed to have the missing piece.  Nash believes whatever is on the missing piece will point to who and why his parents were murdered.

Douglas knows where the Pahana is in the White Mountains of Arizona. Nash needs him to tell him where. But Parker and his Gladio team, working for PROJECT KRATOS, is killing anyone that might stumble upon the Project. The conference attendees are all 2012 End Times researchers from different fields that could bring attention to the effects the Project  is having on current weather and geologic disasters.

The killing of Douglas closes the door on Nash’s pursuit opens up the beginning of the major sub-plot in the book.
